Thank you for using our services, we hope you are happy with them. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request a cancellation to receive a refund. You can receive a refund for a given service as long as you are eligible for it. Please see below for more information on our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
When a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, they must sign in to their ZIITIA account and cancel the desired reservation. The penalty and refund for guest-initiated cancellations depend on the time of cancellation relative to the trip's start time: no penalty and a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the trip starts, a $30 penalty if made between 24 and 48 hours before the trip starts, a $40 penalty if made between 12 and 24 hours before the trip starts, and a penalty equal to the first day's rental fee if made less than 12 hours before the trip starts.
If a host chooses to cancel a reservation, they must sign in to their ZIITIA account and cancel the reservation of interest no later than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up date. The host will be charged a penalty fee equal to a one-day rental for each cancellation.
To cancel an active rental, the guest must sign in to their ZIITIA account, cancel the active rental of interest, and confirm their intention to deliver the car to the host at the initially indicated drop-off location, with the drop-off date and time scheduled for 48 hours after the cancellation but no later than the initially scheduled drop-off date and time. The host will be informed about the active rental cancellation and must confirm their intention to receive the car from the guest within 12 hours of the guest's cancellation.
There must be a minimum of 3 days of remaining rental duration before the guest or the host can cancel the rental.
To deliver the car to the host at 48 hours after the cancellation, the guest and host must establish the car rental closure for the canceled rental by following a series of steps to confirm drop-off, notify each other about potential no-show situations, and ensure that any outstanding payments are processed.
For active rental cancellations, the guest forfeits 50% of the rental payment for the remaining rental duration as compensation to the host, meaning the guest receives a 50% refund for the remaining rental duration. If the guest fails to deliver the car to the host within 48 hours after the cancellation and this is not due to a “Host No Show”, the guest will be charged a penalty fee equal to a one-day rental per day for any additional delayed days of car delivery to the host.
If the host does not show up to retrieve the car from the guest within 48 hours after the cancellation and this is not due to a “Guest No Show” the host will be charged a penalty fee equal to a one-day rental per day for any additional delayed days of receiving the car from the guest.
If a host chooses to cancel an active rental, they must sign in to their ZIITIA account and cancel the rental of interest. The host will be charged a penalty fee equal to a two-day rental for each cancellation.
After receiving your refund request and checking whether you are eligible, we will process your ticket. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
You will be issued a refund, the amount of which is dependent on the conditions mentioned in the cancellation section, within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If for any reason, ZIITIA Technologies LLC is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.
You can request a refund or get other assistance with your purchases by submitting a SNOW ticket from your ZIITIA account.
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing services - not as a way to get free services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about ZIITIA Technologies LLC’s services, members, managers, or employees.
You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors, and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge ZIITIA Technologies LLC and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.
You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by ZIITIA Technologies LLC with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
