Guest must inform ZIITIA in advance if they anticipate any delay in drop-off. Guest is responsible for any applicable late drop-off penalties. Please refer to ZIITIA Policy regarding drop-off.
Host shall report “Guest No Show” if guest fails to drop-off car to host as scheduled. There are penalties for late drop-off. Please refer to ZIITIA Policy regarding pick-up and drop-off.
Guest shall, if car develops mechanical fault and is inoperable before the scheduled drop-off date, within 24 hours, report “interruption” through an incident reporting option, “Snow Ticket”, in their ZIITIA account. In the drop-down menu for snow ticket, select “interruption” and we will contact you. Please read ZIITIA Policy Terms and Conditions for further information.
Guest is expected to follow the standard auto accident reporting guideline, in accordance with the applicable local laws, and in relation to auto accident reporting procedures. Also, guest shall report “interruption” through an incident reporting option, “Snow Ticket”, in their ZIITIA account.
No. Guest can reserve any car if the car is available for the desired rental period.
No. However, for a guaranteed regular rental fee, guest should reserve a car no later than 72 hours before the desired rental start date.
Yes, you can! However, you will only be able to claim 50% of the rental fees for the remaining unused rental duration as refund.
